A Day of Healing and Hope for Kids
Join us for a day of warmth, understanding and laughter at Camp Sunshine—an event filled with summer fun for children (ages 5-18) who have experienced a significant change due to death, divorce, separation or abandonment.

Where: Saint Agnes Medical Center, Shehadey Pavilion/Kremen Education Center | 1303 E. Herndon Ave.
Event Schedule & Highlights
8:30-9:15 a.m. – Registration and Breakfast
9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. – Camp and Support Group
- Meals: Enjoy a healthy breakfast and lunch.
- Art: Get creative with The Artist in Me.
- Reflection: Relax in the meditation garden and walking labyrinth.
- Animals: Comfort from therapy dogs and fun with gentle horses.
- Fitness & Games: Stay active with movement-based activities.
- Parent/Caregiver Grief Support: Connect with others in a supportive group.
NOTE: Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the day.
