Day Of Orientation

We’re excited to welcome you to new hire orientation! During this time, you’ll learn about our mission, culture, vision, and the essential training for your role. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet your manager and teammates who will support you in your Trinity Health At Home career. 

Please bring the following items with you on orientation day:

• Two forms of ID, click to see acceptable documentation
• COVID-19/Flu Vaccination Card or declination form
• Copies of your professional license and BLS certification (if required for your position)

If you’re enrolling in benefits, have your dependents' information ready if you are enrolling dependent. Please bring: 

• Marriage License
• Your dependents' Social Security numbers 
• Birth Certificates

What to wear

• Business casual attire is recommended for your first day.
