The honorable men and women of the United States Armed Forces and their families have answered our country's call to serve with commitment, bravery and sacrifice. Now, let us serve you as you served us.

Our patient-centered care recognizes your status as part of the military community and we know it plays a significant role in your healthcare journey. You deserve providers who are engaged and knowledgeable in veteran’s health.

With our new Military and Veteran Health Care Program, our trained clinicians meet the unique health care needs of military service members, veterans, and their families in the comfort of home. We prioritize these main goals:

  • Provide convenient access to high-quality health care services, tailored to specific needs
  • Empower our health care providers with a greater understanding of military culture and health care needs
  • Improve quality of clinician-patient relationships to positively influence each patient’s engagement in self-care

 

Our focus on providing culturally competent health care includes:

  • Specialized training in military and veteran’s health to understand and respond to specific needs and concerns among the military community. Training is centered on understanding military culture and branches, essential illnesses, injuries and occupational hazards involved with service and deployment, the effects of military service on family members, and how to competently and compassionately care for past and present service members.
  • Getting to know you with a streamlined registration process to ensure we correctly identify if you are a service member, veteran or family member.
  • Extending a warm welcome to the military community. Your background is important to us and an important part of your health care.
