Beyond Balance Fall Prevention

Reducing falls, preventing injuries and providing peace of mind – these are the core aims of our Beyond Balance program.

With compassionate experts and an evidence-based approach, we help people at risk of falls maintain their balance, dignity, and quality of life.

Our Comprehensive Approach

Falls are a significant concern for older adults, with one out of four seniors aged 65 and above experiencing a fall each year. Younger people can also be at risk. Falls often have serious consequences, such as hip fractures, head trauma, and a loss of independence.

Our interdisciplinary team partners with patients and caregivers to create personalized care plans to prevent falls. We assess each patient's unique needs and offer interventions, such as physical and occupational therapy, home safety evaluations and patient education. This approach ensures patients receive the support they need to reduce fall risk and maintain independence.
