Here are three simple steps to get started with Trinity Health At Home:
Workday
Workday is our human resources application for all colleagues. Workday will be your go-to location for important information.
- Check your email for your offer letter and review and sign it.
- Complete additional tasks such as entering your date of birth, marital status, and Social Security number.
- You'll receive separate emails with your Workday username and password. Use them to log into Workday.

Background Check
What state are you working in? Click on your state to complete the mandatory background check and occupational health process.
California Health Requirements for New Hires
As a new employee, you must complete the following health requirements:
- Drug Testing: You are required to pass a 9-panel drug test. Note that this test was updated in October 2020 to exclude marijuana from the screening.
- Tuberculosis (TB) Test: A TB test is mandatory.
- Hepatitis B: You must provide proof of vaccination or a signed declination form.
- Flu Vaccination: A flu vaccination is required unless you have an approved exemption. Signing a declination is not sufficient.
- Immunization Records: At the time of hire, we will review your records for MMR, TDap, and Varicella vaccinations.
New hires go to Saint Agnes Medical Center - Occupational Health.
Criminal Background Check Requirements
We will conduct a thorough criminal background check covering the following:
- Federal and Criminal Records: Review of the past 7 years.
- Sex Offender Registry: Checked in 1 jurisdiction.
- Fraud and Abuse Control Information System: Checked in 1 jurisdiction.
- Enhanced Nationwide Criminal Check: Conducted for the past 7 years, limited to 1 jurisdiction.
Additional Verifications
- Credential/Certification Verification: Checked in a maximum of 2 jurisdictions.
- Education Verification: Checked in 1 jurisdiction, considering education without specific dates and rounding back to the beginning of the year. All years of education will be searched.
- Employment History: Verification of your employment over the last 7 years, limited to a maximum of 3 jurisdictions.

As a new employee, you must complete the following health requirements:

- CPR Certification: All clinicians must hold a valid CPR certification to practice in the state of Georgia.
- Fingerprinting: Non-Clinical colleagues are required to complete fingerprinting upon the renewal of their professional license.
- Clinician fingerprinting to be done upon renew of professional license.
Indiana Health Requirements for New Hires
As a new employee, you must complete the following health requirements:
- Drug Testing: You are required to pass a 10-panel drug test.
- Vaccinations and Tests:
- Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- Flu vaccination
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination
- Tetanus/Tdap vaccination
- Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccination, if applicable
- Respirator medical evaluation questionnaire and fit test
- Color vision test
- Employee Health Visit: All new hires must go to Employee Health at Saint Joseph Health System.
If you do not have your vaccination records, titers will be drawn to check your immunity.

- County Criminal Check: Review of all known addresses without date restrictions.
- Statewide Criminal Check: Limited to 1 jurisdiction.

- Federal Criminal Check: Review of the past 7 years.
- Fraud and Abuse Control Information System: Checked in 1 jurisdiction.
Additional Verifications
- Credential/Certification Verification: Checked in a maximum of 2 jurisdictions.
- Employment History: Verification of all types of employment over the past 7 years, limited to a maximum of 3 jurisdictions.
- Education Verification: All types of degrees and institutions will be checked, limited to 1 jurisdiction. Dates may be rounded to the beginning of the year, and education without specific dates will be considered.
