We are members of Trinity Health At Home, which is nationally recognized as a leader in home-based care. All Trinity Health At Home agencies are accredited by The Joint Commission and meet or exceed quality metrics set by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Accreditations
The Joint Commission is the largest standards-setting and accrediting body in health care. Achieving this accreditation shows that we are committed to providing high quality services and improving patient care and safety.
Quality Achievements
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is a federal agency created by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that provides health coverage to more than 160 million people. CMS partners with us and the entire health care community to improve quality, equity and outcomes in the health care industry.
